Guest lecture on Information Security

Divya Gyan College organized a guest lecture on the topic Information Security by Mr. Dipesh Joshi for BCA 8th Semester students. Mr. Joshi is Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau. He highlighted the importance of information security and challenges people are facing in todays world. These days we can see a lot of cyber related crimes where people are being deceived daily through various online means. The importance of information security is ever growing along with the rise in the use of digital products. He also highlighted both the importance of information secuirty and the challenges in this field. His valueable insights about information security will provide enough base for those who are willing to start a career in the field of information security.
