Static textbooks alone are not sufficient to provide insights and generate curiousity among the students in the rapidly changing field IT and Management. Efficient learning process involves identifying real-world problems and finding solutions to it. The Research-Led Teaching framework, which turns the classroom into a hub for discovery, is presented to the faculty members of Divya Gyan College by renowned academician and researcher Prof. Dr. R. N. Thakur.

He shared practical techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into the regular teaching-learning process, making classroom sessions more engaging, inquiry-based, and efficient.
