Call for Research Articles: Divya Gyan Journal of Business and Computing

Divya Gyan College, affiliated to the Tribhuvan University (TU) of Nepal, invites original research articles from interested national and international researchers, scholars, and professionals for Volume-1, Issue-1, 2025 of the Divya Gyan Journal of Business and Computing.

Divya Gyan Journal of Business and Computing is a peer-reviewed, open-access interdisciplinary journal that focuses on contemporary issues across the fields of Business Studies and Computer Applications (Computing).

The journal will be published annually and will appear both in print (p-ISSN) and online (e-ISSN) versions. We aim for indexing in Nepal Journals Online (NepJOL). Manuscript submissions will be processed with high priority under a Double-Blind Peer Review process, with an average turnaround time of 6–10 weeks to the first decision.

Author Guidelines Summary

Manuscripts are accepted on the understanding that they are subject to editorial decisions and follow the criteria below:

• Scope: Articles must be relevant to Business Studies (e.g., Management, Finance, Marketing), Computer Applications (e.g., Software Development, AI, Digital Innovation), or Interdisciplinary topics combining both fields.

• Originality & Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be the original, unpublished work. Maximum 15-20% similarity is allowed (excluding references).

• Length: Must be between 2,500 to 6,000 words in length.

• Citation Style: All citations and references must strictly follow the APA 7th Edition style.

• References: A minimum of 10 to 20 references is required, including at least 40% from the last five years.

• Formatting: Preferably typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font size, main title 14-point font size bold, body text with 1.5 spacing in A4 size paper. Margins must be 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides. Our article has to be in single column. The file format must be MS Word (.docx). 

• Publication Fees: Divya Gyan Journal of Business and Computing does not charge any submission or Article Processing Charges (APCs).

Mandatory Manuscript Components

All manuscripts must include the following components in the specified order:

1. Title: Clear, concise, and descriptive (12-15 words maximum).

2. Author Information: Name(s), affiliation, email, ORCID (if available/strongly recommended), designating a Corresponding Author.

3. Abstract: Within 150 to 250 words summarizing the research.

4. Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant words or phrases.

5. Main Headings (Standard Structure): Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Findings/Results, Discussion, Conclusion.

6. References

7. Appendices, if any.

AI Practice Disclosure (Mandatory)

Authors must disclose the use of any AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for assistance in the Literature Review, Data Analysis, or Language Editing. This statement must be included in the Methodology or Acknowledgements section, confirming that all AI-generated content was reviewed, verified, and edited by the authors.

Authors retain full copyright of their articles. All published articles will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution–Noncommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
