TU BCA 5th and 8th semester exam routine for regular and partial 2026

Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Office of the Dean, Kirtipur, Kathmandu has published the examination routine for Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) 5th Semester (Batch 2023) and 8th Semester (Batch 2021) Regular and Partial examinations. Students can check the subject-wise exam schedule, dates, and timings.

URGENT NOTICE: Regarding Filling of Online Examination Forms and Publication of Examination Schedule for 5th and 8th Semesters under the BCA Program

This notice is issued by the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, to inform all concerned students regarding the semester-end examinations for the 5th semester (Batch 2023) and 8th semester (Batch 2021) under the BCA (Bachelor in Computer Applications) program.

The examinations are scheduled to commence on Shrawan 25, 2083 (August 9, 2026), from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Students are required to fill out the online examination form according to the schedule below.

• Application Process: Students can fill out the online application form by visiting https://exam.tufohss.edu.np and mentioning the name of their respective campus/college.

• Important Note: Applications received after the deadline or those that are incomplete will not be processed. Further details can be found on the faculty's website.

Examination Form Submission Timeline:

• Regular Period: From Jestha 27, 2083 (June 10, 2026) to Ashar 16, 2083 (June 30, 2026), up to 12:00 midnight.

• Late Fee Period (Double Fee): From Ashar 17, 2083 (July 1, 2026) to Ashar 21, 2083 (July 5, 2026), up to 12:00 midnight.

Examination Fees:

• Regular Examinees: Rs. 2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred only).

• Partial Examinees: Rs. 2,000/- (Two thousand only).

• Payment: Fees must be paid via e-Sewa or Khalti at the time of filling the online form. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

General Instructions:

• Students must fill in the subject titles and code numbers accurately and clearly in the online form.

• Partial examinees who only have to appear for Practical/Project subjects are also mandatory to fill out the online examination form. Failure to do so will result in the examination results not being published.

• The TU Registration Number must be mentioned in the online form; forms without a valid registration number will not be accepted.

• Documents Required for Upload: Recent passport-sized photograph showing both ears, signature, and Transfer Letter (for students who transferred from other campuses/colleges).

• Admit Cards: Approved admit cards can be downloaded from https://exam.tufohss.edu.np using the student's own username and password after Shrawan 15, 2083 (July 30, 2026). Admit cards must be color-printed, stamped by the college, and kept during the entire examination period.
